In Stanislaus County, AMR has a state-of-the-art fleet of 45 ambulances, built to be the most environmentally friendly and fuel-efficient ambulances in the U.S. We’re there quickly to assist with more than 50,000 transports every year.
Our region-wide 911 dispatch center is one of only 300 in the world recognized as an Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) in both Emergency Medical Dispatching and Emergency Fire Dispatch.

To help care for the community, AMR has 21 Advanced Life Support units and 10 Basic Life Support units, plus our REACH and CalStar helicopters, a readiness trailer, emergency and operational support units, and trained FEMA Emergency Response Teams ready if disaster strikes.
